A bit about what you will do...

Laundry Assistants in our team assist with all aspects of the laundry operation whilst helping to ensure that all our guests experience first-class service and timely processing of their laundry requirements.
• Ensure that all guest laundry, dry cleaning and uniforms are clean and in good condition.
• Ensure that all repairs to uniforms or guest garment are carried out promptly and efficiently.
• Check all guest laundry, dry cleaning and uniform invoices are received and ensure that all goods match the delivery notes.
• Be responsible for guest laundry, dry cleaning and uniforms within the hotel and in transit to and from the laundry.
• Ensure all lost property is taken promptly to Housekeeping and correctly logged.
