Job Description: •

•Responsible for entire Last Mile Operations within area.

•Manage day-to-day operations of team including logistics,

•Coordinate with the Delivery executives, tracking; ensure the shipments should deliver on time.

•Taking care of branch operations (Service center/ Delivery center) •

Planning & building network, executing entire Last mile operations.

• Training of new team members and support their development.

• Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization

.•Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.

•Team Handling and escalation handling • Ensure 100% delivery with success.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
