Job Summary
We are a premier boutique lash studio in Pearland specializing in high-end, customized lash artistry. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Lash Artist who takes pride in their craft and understands the importance of retention and design. This is position for a skilled artist who wants to build a loyal clientele in a calm, professional, and upscale environment.
Core Responsibilities
Expert Application: Provide high-quality Classic, Hybrid, Wispy, and Mega Volume sets with perfect isolation and styling.
Custom Consultation: Analyze client eye shapes and natural lash health to design the most flattering and safe look.
Retention Mastery: Maintain high standards of application to ensure 2+ weeks of retention for all clients.
Sanitation Excellence: Strictly follow TDLR sanitation protocols, including tool sterilization and workstation cleanliness.
Client Education: Clearly explain aftercare to clients to ensure the longevity of their sets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician License (Required).
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and possessing excellent customer service skills.
