Lash and Brow Artist Wanted
Join our luxurious lash salon in Sydney’s eastern suburbs! We’re a growing team with a friendly work environment and a strong company culture.
We’re seeking a Senior Lash & Brows Technician who is passionate about lashes, confident in their craft, and ready to grow with us.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in eyelash extensions (essential)
Ability to complete a full set (90–100% coverage) within 1hr 30–2hrs
Strong lash isolation skills with a focus on precision and neatness
In-depth understanding of both the theory and practical aspects of lash extensions
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Lash Lift, Brow shaping, lamination & waxing experience preferred (but not essential)
Available to work at least 1 weekend day
Must speak fluent English and be a great communicator
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lash extension services with care and attention to detail
Provide lash lift and tint services
Offer brow lamination, tinting, and waxing services
Meet set KPIs
Greet clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Assist with general admin duties
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the salon
