Duties

Develop and modify laser cutting programs using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems such as Fanuc controllers to ensure accurate fabrication of parts.
Operate laser cutting machines, ensuring optimal settings for different materials and thicknesses while maintaining safety protocols.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce parts that meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other related machinery.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to plan production schedules and optimize workflow efficiency.
Conduct quality control inspections using calipers, hand tools, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Assist in assembly processes when necessary and ensure packaging of finished products adheres to company standards.
Experience

Proven experience programming and operating laser cutting machinery in a manufacturing environment.
