Purpose of Position
This pivotal role is focused on elevating Capriotti's to the forefront of the sandwich industry in Las Vegas by outpacing the competition through bold, innovative marketing strategies, seamless collaboration with franchisees, and impactful PR campaigns that drive traffic, build brand loyalty, and solidify our reputation as the ultimate sandwich destination.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market-wide and store-specific marketing plans to increase customer loyalty and brand preference.
Drive catering and in-store sales through strategic outreach, events, and partnerships.
Create PR opportunities by building relationships with local media, influencers, and community leaders.
Collaborate with franchisees to ensure consistent and impactful local marketing execution.
Monitor and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Strong local marketing, PR, and community engagement experience preferably in restaurant marketing.
Strong preference for candidates with a deep familiarity of the Las Vegas community.
Creative thinker with the ability to craft unique, market-dominating campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics to measure and improve campaign success.
