Role & responsibilities


Translate and interpret content between English and the respective language with high accuracy
• Handle customer interactions (chat/email/voice) in the assigned language
• Ensure cultural and linguistic relevance in all communications
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to project guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions


Preferred candidate profile


• B2 Certification in the respective language
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the target language.
• Excellent translation and interpretation abilities
• Good comprehension and cultural understanding
• Customer handling skills (chat/email/voice)
• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in a remote setup

• Passionate about languages and cross-cultural communication
• Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work from home
• Immediate joiners preferred
