Only Candidates with 10 years of experience applyOnly Candidates based out of Delhi/ NCR or willing to relocate applyAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector in IndiaJob DescriptionTo undertake title due diligence for private and government land required for renewable energy projects including review of record of rights, mutations, sale deeds, exchange deeds, gift deeds, genealogical studies and ascertain possession of land proposed to be acquired.To carry out independent search at Sub Registrar and Revenue offices.To handle and carry out land surveys, demarcation and change in land use.To coordinate with external counsel for finalization of Title Search Reports.To coordinate with lenders for creation of security interest on land by way of equitable mortgage, registered mortgage, Indenture of Mortgage with an ability to effectively oversee the documentations.To appear and represent before revenue courts including courts of Tehsildar, SDM, ADM and Collector in relation to land dispute matters.To initiate, defend, institute and file legal cases, suits, caveat, complaints and application before various authorities to protect the interest of the organization.To appear and represent before Divisional Commissioner, Board of Revenue and judicial courts including district and high courts.The Successful ApplicantYou must be an LLLB graduate with minimum 10 years of experience handling land and related transactions. You must have experience with litigation management on land related disputes.
