Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Land Acquisition Manager to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and negotiating land acquisition opportunities, managing the land acquisition process, and ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. The Land Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with landowners, local government officials, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in land acquisition or real estate development
