Position: Telecaller Executive

Required experience and skills:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The Sales tele-caller shall be responsible to handle the leads & doing calling.

2. Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients,

thereby achieving business targets.

3. Maintaining relationships with customers.

4. Strong persuasion skills to convince the client to visit the site.

5. Identifying sales opportunities.

6. Following up with customers.

7. Communicating courteously with customers over the phone, email, etc.

8. To connect with potential customers.

+. To systematically & effectively manage Enquiry and Follow-ups.

10. To constantly generate sales through multiple marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Other Requirements : Smart with good communication skills, good fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
