We are a leading industrial valve repair company based in Edmonton, providing repair, testing, maintenance, and field support services to customers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Labourer / Driver to join our team.
Position Summary
The Labourer / Driver plays a key role in supporting our shop operations by performing general labour duties, assisting technicians, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and safely transporting valves, materials, and equipment to and from customer locations and suppliers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick up and deliver valves, parts, and materials to customers, vendors, and suppliers using company vehicles.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials for safe transportation.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory.
• Support valve technicians with general shop duties and material handling.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (training provided if required).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with packaging completed orders for shipment.
• Perform basic warehouse and yard maintenance.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations.
Qualifications
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical environment is an asset.
• Forklift certification is an asset (training available).
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are considered an asset.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial shop environment and outdoors when required.

Pay: $16.26-$20.00 per hour
