The Role:
We are currently looking for a Labourer / Digger Operator to join our team in a role that’s central to delivering
underground projects across our network. This position will involve being out in the field, which includes rural and
suburban properties, as part of a small team with the main responsibility being the installation of high -voltage and fibre
cables. In this role, you may operate heavy machinery, you will be pivotal to contributing to safe and efficient delivery or
projects and be part of a tight-knit crew.
Got what it takes?
Class 1 and WTR licences (Class 2-5, F endorsements, TMO or STMS are an advantage, or the ability to obtain)
Experience operating heavy machinery, mechanical equipment, and diggers is an advantage
Excavator, forklift and Hiab experience.
A strong commitment to health, safety and high-quality work
At least 6 months experience in the civil industry.
Ability to work individually and in a wider team environment.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to think clearly under pressure.
Good organisation skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Knowledge of worksite safety rules.
Willingness to complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
First aid skills (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility to work in varied locations and weather conditions
