Casual $35.00 per hour Monday - Friday + weekend opportunities
Location: Thomastown (Northern Suburbs) – Servicing Melbourne & Surrounds
Industry: Concreting, Concrete Rejuvenation, Concrete Resurfacing, Construction, Epoxy Flooring, Painting & Decorating, Trades & Services

Due to rapid demand, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated Labourers / Concrete Coating Applicators to join us.
Experience on tools is an advantage - full training provided.
About the Role
Working across Melbourne (individually and in teams), the successful applicant will be trained in:
Spray-on Concrete Application
Epoxy Coating Systems
Concrete Repairs
This role suits someone reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn new trade skills with genuine opportunities for long-term growth.
What We're Looking For
Skills & Attributes:
Strong eye for detail
Great communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Initiative and problem-solving capability on-site
Punctual and reliable
Fluent in English
Requirements:
White Card
Driver’s Licence
Full working rights in Australia (must be able to work more than 40 hours)
Working With Children Check
What We Offer
$35.00 per hour (industry-leading rate based on experience & ability)
Casual position with Monday–Friday work
Occasional weekend work available
Weekly pay cycle (paid every Thursday)
All training provided
