We are seeking an experienced Labour Relations / HR Advisor to join our high-performing Human Resources team and provide hands-on labour relations and HR support to our operations in British Columbia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys working closely with leaders, employees, and union representatives. Working closely with the HR Director, Western Canada, you will provide practical, timely, and solutions-focused advice on a broad range of labour relations and employee relations matters.
