Job Description
1. Manage and supervise all QA and QC related work, like RM testing, fabric testing for performance parameters - from greige to finished articles
2. In-Process Control for bulk production, as per standard Work Procedures and Work Instructions
3. Shade matching for new shades and shade approvals from bulk dyeing / printing
4. Training to Lab assistants for shade matching
5. Maintaining testing reports -related to QA and QC
6. Maintenance of Laboratory and its safety
7. Co-ordination with designing , marketing, production planning, production teams and whenever required, then with senior managment
