Key Responsibilities
Lead laboratory service operations and daily technical workflows
Oversee quality control, testing coordination, documentation, and reporting standards
Manage laboratory staff, schedules, training, and operational priorities
Monitor service performance, turnaround times, budgets, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, technical teams, and internal departments
Support compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Prepare senior-level reports and recommendations for business leadership
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Strong experience in laboratory operations, scientific services, quality control, testing coordination, or technical service management
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working in a UK-based laboratory, testing, or regulated service environment is an advantage

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Quality Management, or a related field

Pay: £66,000.00-£86,000.00 per year
