Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for analysis of Grain, Coal etc and all other related analysis for Distillation, Fermentation, Liquefaction, Milling, Evaporation, Dryer etc.
Responsible for grain analysis (Foreign Material, Moisture, Starch and Protein Content) within prescribed time hours.
Responsible to check flour sizes/starch content and if any issues, to inform the Milling Operator.
Maintain records on a daily basis and send to Production Manager
Responsible for Quality Control of ‘Slury & Liquefaction tank’ and suggest changes if any to the Liquefaction operator if any.
Responsible for Qualit
