Job Description:

Accuprobe Healthcare Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Lab Technician, you will play a vital role in performing various laboratory tests and analyses to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, label, and analyze samples such as blood, fluids, and tissues following standard procedures.
• Design and execute laboratory testing, make observations, and interpret findings accurately.
• Conduct bio-chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for disease diagnosis and treatment.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of lab test results and assist in technical activities.
• Prepare requisition forms and maintain records of specimens sent to reference laboratories.
• Process specimens according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure proper storage to maintain sample integrity.
• Dispose of old samples in accordance with established protocols.
• Transcribe materials, file and maintain pathology and clinical laboratory files as required.
• Conduct quality control procedures as defined and adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines strictly as outlined in SOPs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Perform multitasking duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (BSc MLT/MSc MLT) or Diploma (DMLT/BMLT) in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
• Relevant certification with a minimum of 2 years of full-time study.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to perform laboratory tests accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures and protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and quality control measures.
• Flexibility and willingness to multitask and assist in various laboratory activities.
