Job Description
• Assist the branch head with administrative and managerial duties at Dr B Lal Clinical Laboratory.
• Monitor and improve client satisfaction scores and handle feedback.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.
Requirements:
• UG Diploma in any specialization (Lab Technician, Pathology, or Radiology preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical laboratory settings.
• Knowledge of pre-analytical procedures and sample handling SOPs.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety and equipment protocols.
• Ability to manage clients and communicate effectively.
• Familiar with radiology and pathology operational workflows.
• Basic administrative and branch support skills.
