Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain blood bank equipment, including centrifuges and ph meters.
Collect, label, and process blood samples from donors.
Perform tests on blood samples to ensure safety and quality.
Maintain accurate records of blood donations and transfusions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of blood group systems and blood products.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
