MGR/MGR (FINANCE)1 • Educational Qualification • Necessary: - CA, MBA (FINANCE)Experience - 3 to 8 yearsLocation - Akurdi/ Head Office • Responsibilities: - Banking Account management: - opening, closure and maintenance / updation of authorised signatories / their KYC, internet banking maintenance for users - RBI Compliance - Yearly APR filing for foreign subsidiaries - Monthly Step down subsidiary reporting - ODI remittance to foreign subsidiaries - Forex Operations - Back office confirmation for fx deals - Hedge underlying management and submission to banks - EEFC transfers /conversion / utilisation operation & communication - FX contact utilisation related bank communication - Banking / export operations & Accounting - Sending disposal instructions to bank for export inward - Accounting of export inward (supported by agency guy) & bank charges - EEFC accounts monthly accounting closure & revaluation - Investment & Interbank fund transfer creation in SAP / Banking portals & related Accounting - Bank guarantee issuance & renewal - Management Accounts - Handling day to day banking matters of senior executives - For LRS remittance abroad & FD creation etc overseas - Digitisation Initiatives
