Swifts: Ready to work with 24x7 environment in rotational shifts and Work from Office.
Java ,DB (Oracle & SQL)
Daily checklist and weekly Backup of system & highlighting issues.
Managing all issue and Service requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
Log files analysis
Follow up with internal teams & understand, fix the issue.
Floor support
Escalating to concerned team, if required
