Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
Experience Required: 2+ years in IT hardware and desktop/laptop troubleshooting

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable IT Field Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing on-field support for troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and delivering excellent customer service. This is an ideal position for someone who is hands-on, committed to long-term growth, and possesses integrity and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks such as resolving power issues, replacing components, and fixing connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment for clients.

2. On-field Support:
• Travel to various client locations to provide timely and effective support.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure all technical tasks are completed with minimal disruption to client operations.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Report critical issues to the senior technical team for escalations and follow-ups.

4. Client Relationship Management:
• Uphold the company’s values of integrity and reliability in all client interactions.
• Protect sensitive client data and maintain confidentiality as per company policies.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients through professional behavior and consistent support.

Expected Outcomes for the Role:
• Timely Resolution:
• Achieve a +5% first-visit resolution rate for technical issues.
• Client Satisfaction:
• Maintain a client satisfaction score of +0%+ through effective communication and reliable solutions.
• Operational Consistency:
• Consistently meet response and resolution timeframes, minimizing downtime for clients.
• Long-term Commitment:
• Demonstrate reliability and alignment with the company’s goals, aiming for sustained contribution over the years.
• Data Integrity:
• Ensure zero instances of data breaches or security compromises while handling client information.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel to client locations regularly (within Mumbai).
• Demonstrated consistency, integrity, and a positive attitude in previous roles.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus.
