Job Description:

Key Duties:

Support users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Handle password resets and user account management (Active Directory)
Assist with basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
Log, track, and update tickets using ITSM tools
Perform system setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with IT hardware and troubleshooting
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
Good to Have:

IT qualification (Diploma/Degree in IT or related field)
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and VPN
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)
