Qualifications
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Journeyman Plumbers on commercial projects while developing the skills needed for a successful career in the plumbing trade
Currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or accredited trade school (required)
Passion for building a long-term career in commercial plumbing
Ability to work well in a team-oriented construction environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing throughout the workday
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms
Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions

Learn to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and construction layouts
Organize tools, materials, and work areas to maintain safe and productive job sites
Load, transport, and stage materials for daily construction activities
Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies
Participate in daily hands-on training while developing plumbing skills
