• The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date content for our knowledge base, including product documentation, user guides, and tutorials. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop content to fill them.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain content for our knowledge base
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to write clear and concise content
- Measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize it
- Advocate for our knowledge base as the go-to resource for information on our platform and products
- Help review existing content and make recommendations for improvement
• Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
