What you can expect
Our graduate programme, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.
Through the programme, you will receive:
guaranteed full-time employment on successful completion of the programme
hands-on experience across different parts of the business (Fire Testing Lab, Quality & Technical Services, Maintenance, Manufacturing Lines and Supply Chain)
mentoring from senior leaders
opportunities for overseas travel
open dialogue sessions with Asia-Pacific (Regional) leaders
the opportunity to be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
the chance to contribute to projects that make a genuine impact

have 0 to 3 years of work experience
are proficient in English

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by interviews where they will present case studies to a panel.
The employment start date will be end of 2026 or early 2027, depending on your graduation date.
