• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Cook meals or otherwise serve in the kitchen
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain records of food production and waste
