Job Description
efore onboarding any new profiles, please ensure the following guidelines are strictly followed:
• Overall grooming is essential for all outlet-level employees therefore if a candidate appears with a beard they must agree to remove them, as failure to do so may result in rejection during induction.
• The candidate must be comfortable working the three shift timings as per our operational hours.
• No fresher should be assigned the position of Commi-3; inexperienced candidates should be offered the Kitchen Helper position.
• The candidate must have basic reading skills to read our menu items. Also, a basic of the job description must be shared with them at the time of interview.
• If hiring a Commi-3, ensure they are knowledgeable about different types of vegetable cuts and culinary basics.
