Position Overview
As a Kitchen Design Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers kitchen orders are accurate and ready for manufacture. Acting as the final point of review before production, you will carefully check orders for errors, raise and resolve queries through our online support system, and contact customers where needed to clarify details. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, a professional and friendly approach to customer communication, and a proactive, can-do attitude to problem solving.
What You Will Be Doing
Ensure all customer orders are checked for errors and any issues highlighted. This role is the last port of call prior to orders being manufactured so accuracy is paramount
You will be responsible for sending and responding to queries sent through the online support ticket system and may be required to call customers if clarity cannot be achieved via message system
Ensure all queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers with a ‘can do attitude’
Be able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining accuracy
About You:
Experience with kitchen design and an understanding of kitchen products is a must (exceeding 1 year experience) - without experience you will not be considered for this role
Be empathetic and a problem solver
Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
Strong attention to detail
Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner
The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility towards working hours as payback days are scheduled to meet the companies’ requirements
Positive attitude towards work

A company laptop will be provided. As this is a hybrid role, you will be supplied with all necessary equipment for the days you are working from home.
This is a hybrid role with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (40 hours)- hours between 08:00 - 18:00.
Salary: £14.50 per hour.
