About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our custom cabinetry team in Burnaby.

This is not an entry-level Mozaik position. We need someone with deep experience using Mozaik and a strong understanding of how to build, manage, and improve a complete manufacturing system within the software.

Key Responsibilities

Developing new custom cabinet products and construction methods
Creating and managing parametric cabinet assemblies
Building and maintaining libraries, materials, hardware, and machining standards
Improving engineering and production workflows
Ensuring designs are accurate, buildable, and ready for manufacturing
Troubleshooting complex Mozaik and production issues
Helping us use Mozaik to its fullest potential across design, engineering, and manufacturing
Review cabinet designs and identify production issues
Work with designers to resolve construction and technical problems
Interpret drawings and specifications accurately
Generate CNC files, cut lists, and production packages using Mozaik V14
Ensure all jobs are fully accurate before going to production
Understand material yield, cabinet construction, and installation requirements
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
