Kitchen Assistant

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Assistant/Team Member to join our dynamic team.

Duties:
Ensure the kitchen is set up and ready for each service with the right amount of prepared pasta sauces and other ingredients to maintain food quality and control costs.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to SOPs and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Conduct regular pest checks and report any concerns to the Team Leader or higher management.
Requirements:
Knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
Familiarity with basic culinary techniques such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail when preparing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen organization.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 - £12.44 per hour (midnight onwards).
