Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines for the foundational stage.
• Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and learning.
• Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, EVS, arts, and social-emotional skills through interactive and play-based methods.
• Use a variety of teaching aids, storytelling, rhymes, activities, and hands-on materials to enhance learning.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress regularly and maintain records/reports.
• Support children in developing good habits, manners, hygiene, and discipline.
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and adherence to school policies.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Ed./NTT/ECCE certification preferred).
• Previous experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Creative, patient, energetic, and child-friendly.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing teaching materials.
