Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kids Club Principal located at Oneiros in Surat. The Kids Club Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and educational programs within the Kids Club, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing age-appropriate activities, coordinating with parents and guardians, and managing the Kids Club's daily operations.
Qualifications
• Experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement engaging educational activities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and staff
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in a similar role is a plus
