Job Purpose
The role of Resource – Apparel Sales will be responsible for managing third party e-commerce channel business operation
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationship with external and internal stakeholders
Driving the topline sales performance of the e-commerce platform
Ensure listing of products at all third party e-commerce website with A+ Content
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Develop the merchandising strategy and deck to ensure the website is well merchandised according to company directives and standards
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
Identify promotional opportunities and develop promotional calendars
Understanding of e-commerce Omni channel operation through Unicommerce
Account Reconciliation for the ecommerce Marketplace channel partners
Work Experience
Education
Bachelor degree (Full Time) – Sales / Marketing
Experience
5+ years of experience in Ecommerce Retail sales and Channel development
