Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in South Delhi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of Paytm services. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to understand their needs, providing timely support, negotiating contracts, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Client relationship management and account management experience
• Experience with onboarding and integrating services for clients
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and generating reports
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus
