Job Name: Key Accounts Executive

Job Description:
• Clear concepts of expense accounting
• Reviewing, gathering approval, and coding vendor invoices.
• Reviewing and approving employee expense reports and ensuring adherence to company policy.
• Responding timely and professionally to vendor and employee inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Financial related field
• Chartered Accountant / Inter CA
• Cost and Works Accountants ICWA

Experience:
• 1 – 5 Years in the field of accounting and finance

Knowledge & Abilities
• Knowledge of Expenses booking
• Well-versed with the accounting of expenses
• Well-versed with the concept of allocation and apportionment of expenses
• Reviewing vendor invoices, checking approval and recording invoices
• Responding timely and professionally to vendor and employee inquiry
• Knowledge of Basic Expense Heads
• Well-versed with Advanced Excel
• Well-versed with principles of Cost Accounting

Skills:
• Motivated to self-learn with the help of reference guide / prior examples
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in determining solutions
• Ability to communicate globally in a timely and crisp manner
• Ability to communicate clearly with end‐users, peers and management
• Strong technical writing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be focused on managing competing priorities within deadlines
