For this our Mumbai Metro Line 4 project we are seeking a Accountant.

Responsibilities:
To maintain a documented system of Project accounting policies & procedures.
To ensure & establish proper project accounting methods, policies & principles.
To maintain banking relations.
Auditing of all accounts transaction like cash, bank, voucher, Work Orders, Purchase Orders & Payment Release Notes related to Project.
Reconciliation of vendor’s accounts & scrutiny of ledgers.
Coordination with Client, suppliers & contractors.
Preparation of Monthly Sub-Contractor/Contractor bills
Prepare Monthly client invoice, submission of client invoice, and payment followup
Resolving any disputes related to invoice with client/vendors
Monthly MIS like TDS, Service Tax register & various statements
Support Sr.Manager Finance at Bangalore office as required
Qualifications:

Minimum Experience – 5 Years post graduation.
Education – Mandatory Degree in Finance or Accounts
Added Advantage - Experience in GC or Metro projects in a Similar role.
