Job Title: Product Sales Specialist – Consumables
Location: Ahmedabad

We seek an experienced Product Sales Specialist with expertise in Labels, Ribbons, and Hologram Labels.
Role Overview:
This growth-focused position targets consumable sales within a defined region. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of packaging and barcoding, with the ability to communicate industry, technical, and product information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, collaborating with inside sales to build a strong lead base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and recurring revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, stay updated on features and applications, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Quota Attainment: Achieve and exceed sales targets through new business acquisition and customer retention, analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years of successful product sales experience in the Barcode printing, labelling, or packaging industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with label printing technologies and materials.
