Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate from an apparel/fashion background to handle production coordination, inventory operations, and warehouse management activities for our company. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and willing for long-term commitment..
Key Responsibilities:
Make fabric entries and maintain inventory records.
Create and manage Work Orders (WO).
Create Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with vendors.
Handle WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations.
Follow up on daily production updates with factories and production teams.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and merchandising teams.
Track stock movement and ensure proper inventory management.
Monitor production status and update reports regularly.
Ensure timely production completion and dispatch planning.
Maintain accurate MIS and operational reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in Apparel/Fashion industry.
Must have knowledge of garment production processes.
Basic understanding of fabric, stitching, finishing, and production flow.
Experience in WMS, PO creation, and inventory handling.
Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Candidate should be committed for long-term association.

Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Knowledge of E-commerce or Retail operations.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Pay: ₹13,202.05 - ₹20,000.00 per month
