Qualifications
• Expertise in Indian cuisine, including regional specialties and modern twists
• Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques
• Skills in kitchen management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Ability to innovate and create new dishes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
