About the Role:

• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control, ensuring every dish aligns with 5-star standards.
• Help train and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Ensure that kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie experience within a 5-star or luxury hotel setting.
• Passion for fine dining and a deep understanding of quality ingredients and culinary techniques.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee various sections of the kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards under pressure.
