Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the building process, what we are building, and for whom we are building before writing code
2. Write excellent code (open to self-learning along the way to be a competent developer)
3. Share the changes with the production team for reviews
4. Participate in discussions and bring ideas to the table proactively
5. Use object-oriented principles to model the solutions
