Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using languages such as Java or .NET. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
Quality Assurance (QA): Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.
Business Analysis (BA): Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 to 6 months of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, etc.) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Understanding of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Valid working rights in Australia is mandatory.
