As a mission-oriented early-stage fintech startup, TaxBlock is committed to developing a comprehensive range of financial products and delivery mechanisms to meet the unique needs and goals of individuals, SMEs, and corporates throughout India.
About the Internship:
We seek an experienced Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content
3. Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and metrics to improve performance
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on social media platforms
6. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
7. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
8. Produce regular reports on social media performance and ROI
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2. At least 2+years of experience in social media management
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
4. Experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual design
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
8. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
+. Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus
