Job Description
Indu Group is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and exploring a career in industrial sales and marketing.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, generating business opportunities, following up on inquiries, and visiting printing presses and manufacturing facilities when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls and emails.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Introduce and promote the company's products and solutions.
• Enthusiastically work on lead generation.
• Visit printing presses, packaging companies, and factories when required.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Support marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BA, MBA Freshers preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic English speaking and writing ability.
• Extroverted, confident, and willing to interact with customers.
• Comfortable with phone calls and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
