JOB DISCRIMINATION-
We are looking for Junior Sales- Account Managers and AV Customer Executive
JOB ROLE :
- Will be reaching out to customers and giving them demos of VC solutions. (customers leads would be provided- but you would be expected to source your own as well)
- Training will be provided on the AV solutions you will be
- Backend Remote support of experts will always be available
- you would be assigned customers – wherein you would be shadowing a Sr Accounts Manager as well as serving (along with the Sr colleague) the IT needs of the assigned customer accounts
- you will be required to upskill and learn about our different solutions and to start selling those ---down the line as well
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Ideally, we want a salesperson with one year of sales experience selling desktops/ laptops/ VC solutions
- We are open to girls- if they are willing to go to the customer's place to give demos
- Tho’ Science graduates are preferred it is not a mandatory qualification criteria
- MANDATORILY should want to make a career in Sales
- Decent English (no need fluent)- should be able to confidently communicate - read and understand the language
- Commute from residence to our office should not take more than 30-40 minutes ( by road/ metro)
- Our office is on top of the green park Metro station on the yellow line
For fresher:
STIPEND for 4-6 months while performance is being evaluated – 20K in hand
Post 6 months maximum either the candidates will be taken on company rolls and a salary raise of 3 LPA per month
If not found to be performing well they can be asked to leave earlier
Experiences/Nonfresher: the salary would be between 25- 30 K in hand
