Position Summary
ZenaTech is seeking a Junior RPA Developer to design, deploy, and support robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that streamline UI-driven and rules-based tasks across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with the automation team and receive hands-on training in ZenaTech’s systems while helping identify and automate repetitive business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using tools such as UiPath (preferred) or Automation Anywhere
Automate repetitive, rules-based tasks across web portals, desktop applications, and internal systems
Document bot workflows, exception handling logic, and deployment procedures
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support successful bot rollouts
Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and document processes prior to automation
Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve failures in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage across business functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
0–3 years of experience with RPA tools (UiPath preferred; Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism also considered)
UiPath RPA Developer Foundation Certification, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
Understanding of UiPath concepts such as selectors, workflows, sequences, and data manipulation
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze manual processes for automation opportunities
Nice to Have
Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling and monitoring
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., VBA, Python, or JavaScript)
Familiarity with OCR tools such as ABBYY or UiPath Document Understanding
Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
