Position: Junior Research Analyst
Experience: 2-3 Years
Job Description:
• Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends and developments across various industries, including healthcare, pharma, med-tech, technology, industrial goods, consumer goods, animal/pet care, and global economics.
• Content Creation: Develop insightful articles and commentaries based on research findings. Craft articles with exceptional writing style suitable for publication, targeting industry experts and stakeholders.
• Visual Aids: Create accompanying visual aids such as infographics to enhance the presentation of research findings.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in economics, business, or marketing is a mandatory requirement. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Work Experience: Possess 2-3 years of experience working at a consultancy, advisory, business research firm, or as part of insights or research teams within corporate entities.
• Content Writing: Experience in writing articles, content, whitepapers, or insights publications is a valuable asset.
• Language Proficiency: Exhibit excellent command of written English with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive secondary research, including sourcing and analyzing information from public domain websites and databases, ensuring factual accuracy. Proficiency in extracting data from statistical and governmental institutions is essential.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to understand and interpret underlying issues in the data and research.
• Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, including multicultural teams.
• Time Management: Exhibit good work discipline and effective time management skills to efficiently manage workflow with minimal direction.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office Suite for various tasks related to research and content creation
