Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Jaipur. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the recruitment process. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in onboarding new hires.
Qualifications

• Interviewing and Communication skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
